Career ticks and medals

Are these supposed to re set every now and again on some timer or have I messed something up.. Seem to have lost every tick and medal.. Not the end of the world but its a bit of a pain re those scenarios that are locked out..

No, they should not expire. This was a known issue which was supposedly resolved with an update.

Best to contact Railsimulator.com support about this.

Done.. Just noticed on Steam the devs say the fix itself didnt work and they are still trying a new fix through QA.

I've never lost all of my ticks, but I regularly seem to have some of them disappear. Even since the patch, it still bobs up occasionally. I also seem to lose some medals too, but I'm not really concerned about it.

I'm having the same issue. This was allegedly resolved with the last patch. Appears not.

I've lost all my completion ticks ( both career and standard) and medals but not bothered about these, twice in the last couple of months or so. Affected some, not all.

DTG put out a supposed fix for this around 3 weeks ago but it didn't seem to work correctly. Apparently they are about to put out another one that they say should solve the problem once and for all.
Here's hoping.
