holzroller wrote:Yes this was the message I received. In main menu select build, then scenario editor, select the route in the left hand screen, scenario in the right hand screen, then edit scenario. Once it loads, move your mouse to the top left hand box and it will pop out, select the icon of the clock, you will then have another screen open, you will see the timetable for the player train on the right. Click on the check box beside the entry "go by marker" and a tick will appear. Then click on the rubbish bin symbol and the entry will be deleted. All the red entries should then disappear,a warning will remain, but I think that it is for the two loks behind you at the start, so you can ignore it, click on ok and you will be back to the general editor, click on the play symbol and the scenario will save the changes and load.

Now before I go ahead and make changes,Is this the screen I should be in? I could find no mention of an entry for "go by marker" only what I have indcated, is that it ?

Thanks ever so much, All systems go now. It's a wonder no one else has mentioned anything about this particular scenario,or maybe its because they haven't yet played it. Just completed the first one and I like how when finished it automatically rolls over and loads the second one. The only small gripe, and I say small, is that with the sounds of the loco engine and so on its quite hard to hear the announcements clearly. It would be good if,like in MS FS FSX you can lower the engine sounds and have a separate sound control for chatter/announcements etc. Or is there?

How strange? I have no problems hearing the announcements in loco's! Are you using an onboard soundcard?

Sorry, I may have miss written a little, I can hear the announcements fine, its just that It would be nice to be able to turn up/down either sounds independently as sometimes the engine can muffle the announcements a little.

Has anyone yet been able to register it on Halycon.de ?

I find this product to be very buggy.
Mostly I've got the following error:

Consist Builder:
Can't load Rail Vehicle - TBB143 877 VBB

I've installed the fix as well but for such a expensive product, those errors are a bad sign !!

So far I haven't seen any similar reports, maybe a re-install of the 143 pluspack would help. I had to do a second install of the 151 pack. One thing that has become apparent it that users of windows 8.1 often have problems with the announcements, but some don't.

If the 143 is not the loco you drive but is an AI a temporary work around to get the scenario going is too press the F2 key and click on save in the save window and the scenario should run. This procedure is also useful when you get a missing bin file error, although not a proper fix it seems to work.

Ajay1 wrote:Just been having a look here: http://www.halycon.de/index.php and after logging into my a/c and going to the product page,I can't find this listed so that I may register my serial number for future updates on the product should they do one.The email I got from TTB together with the download link for it mentions registering it there. Are my eyes deceiving me, or has it not been placed on the site yet ?

Antony.

Further to this post of mine, I notice that it is listed here now but I still can't find the link so I may paste in my serial number to register ? Success anyone!!!?

It doesn't go on sale at Halycon until the 26th so you probably will be unlucky until then

Hi there.

I don't understand, do I need TTB plus packs for 143 and 101 to hear announcements? Currently I am not hearing anything
