I have to say this pack looks very interesting but as im a simple Yorkshire man, my German is limited is the manual and maybe in game info in English if not do the German speaking trainfans think I may struggle with this release also is it necessary to purchase the other train team Berlin's add-ons to enhance this already impressive looking pack

German, Sprechen Sie Deutsch!! As I mentioned earlier I've only played the first scenario . To hear the announcements (correct me if I am wrong) you'll need the TTB Pluspacks,I tried the same scenario using the Aerosoft units and I can't recall hearing announcements when using that .

It would be better to have all the TTB packs if you want to benefit from this pack, however they are not especially required, they do use the Aerosoft BR143 which is available with the Koln Dusseldorf route which does seem a strange decision? But it is the default BR101 that is used and yes the onboard announcements for RE services are indeed in German but the captions are in English.
Yet to try an IC/E scenario as they usually have dual announcements. Well worth the money because it's amazing value.

Looks like I wasted my money on this. Tried 5 scenarios and none will load despite having all the stock or in one case swapping it out. Other scenarios on this route load fine.

Hotfix for those that don't have the pluspacks http://www.trainteamberlin.de/forum/ind ... entry11817
Chris try re-installing the patch for the route, for at least a couple of people this has resolved a similar issue. So far everything is fine with me. Tbh with everything else in the pack I don't think your money is wasted and if you continue to experience problems contact TTB, there are English speakers on the team. There is contact link on the page with the hotfix.

Ok applied Hotfix - loaded 2 scenarios but missing markers. Readme says I need v1.26 - how can I tell which version I have?

Did I read that there was some discrepancy between this version 1.26 and other versions?

You must have the update to 1.26 from the route authors site or it will not work http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... &sk=t&sd=a link is in this thread.

Thanks for link as I could not find one anywhere. That might explain things. They really don't make it easy to keep up with updates.

Downloading now and will install and see what happens.

Fantastic - the download site when down whilst I was trying to download and is now unavailable - it really shouldn't be this hard!

Link still not working - only gives a 9k out of 32mb download and then says server connection reset.

Trying to see if anyone has the patch they would put on Dropbox or some other file sharing site.

After downloading the user manual I was a little miffed to read this bit " Please note that because of technical reasons the mentioned player vehicle version and the
station announcements can only be used when playing the PlusPack-version of a scenario " I take this to mean I need all the plus packs to hear station announcements this is a shame if true as I do not own any of the packs Is it possible to buy the packs altogether with a discount? and do i need all four plus packs to enable station announcements as i think they add greatly to the realism
the manual can be found here http://www.trainteamberlin.de/forum/ind ... topic=1436
