Enjoying a trip along the Dee valley.

Seem to remember something about a TS route for the Llangollen Railway. Is this correct?

Try UKTS 23766, 23783, 24019 & 24364...

That route is Ripe for a re-work.

I believe Matt (the author of the route) said the route doesn't use DEM and could do with being rebuilt from scratch... It looks good for it's time, but could look much better if built again to todays standards

Perhaps it's been longer than I thought - had a vague recollection of some WIP shots of the Corwen extension...

Someone was working on an upgrade of this route last year?
I do not know the result of the work as the posting of progress stopped.

Rather than upgrading it would probably be better to have the old route if it uses any custom assets and get permission to use them for a whole new build from the ground up using DEM and Google Overlay. Must be loads of cabview (or DMU view) videos available online.
