Class 91 DVD alarm sound not playing?

For some reason the Driver Vigilance Device alarm sound has stopped working on the Class 91 which means that when I drive it I do not get the alarm sound so that makes it virtually un-drivable all the other sounds work apart form that, and to clarify, it used too work, and I have not installed any sound packs or whatever, so any help or advice would be great and I would be extremely grateful?

Sometimes when playing a second scenario (or re-playing) some of my sounds dropout.

Solution is I always restart before playing next scenario. Quickest way is to go options->tools->clear cache because it closes and reopens TS2014 in one go and I can topup my coffee

I found this happened with things like the Horn sound especially on AP sound packs.

I don't have the 91 but it could be same thing..

I just ran the 91 and the DSD/Vigilance is still tweeting away.

Sorry I have took so long to get back, I have just done a file verify on steam it acquired some files so I am hoping this has sorted it I have not had time to try yet but as soon as I do I will keep you updated.
