I had the same discussion in a thread on RWA. First it didn't work for me but then I realized you need to select the Scenario Editor (an small icon of a Voyager-looking loco) on the top left fly-out, and THEN check the Kuju/US Assets on the right fly-out. Maybe like me (first time) you are just going to World Editor and immediately checking Kuju/US Assets on the right flyout?

The good news is that once I did this (and it worked!), it works on ALL RWA Lakeside QD scenarios with the SD9, not just the one that I was in when I made the edits. I don't understand why!

Thanks everyone for your input and suggestions as to how I should go about rectifying my horn sound problem. In a sort of last ditch effort to fix it I completely uninstalled the route and its required assets and rolling stock and then reinstalled it this time using the Utilities program. Ran it all through RWTools which reported nothing amiss, all audio files etc intact. Loaded up TS2014 cleared the cache and restarted again brought up RWA Lakeside and still the horn was a no goer. Every thing else works as it should,Engine sounds etc. Will just have to remember when going about my duties on this route not to blow my horn and enjoy it without it.

On every other train.Loco, and routes that I have run the horn works fine. Stumped!!! never mind.

Antony.

Thanks for that - was going to try this (was at work earlier so unable to try) but now I'm home see that a patch has been released (thanks to a member here posting a solution on the RWA forum) and so I shall try that.
