DT's LNER B12 or LMS Compound?

Both of these items are on sale with week from DT, but I have a few other things to buy and I only want to buy one of these; the issue is deciding which one.

Visually, I feel the LMS Compound looks the nicest, but it might just be the pictures, so my question is:

Which one do you prefer, why do you prefer it and which route is your favourite for it?

Thanks I didn't know they were on sale.

I wonder which one has the most scenarios, I haven't seen many for either of these.
