Cant install JT routes

I decided to do a completely fresh install of TS2014, I have tried to install the Avonmouth and SECML routes, when I try installing them I get a error saying " cant locate the railworks directory"and then closes. Has anyone else had this?

I do have backup of my steam apps folder but I dont know the route number.

If anyone has the route Id numbers that would be great.
