There is a pack availlable at trains and drivers. I bought it and it's really good!

I believe CR do not allow the production of payware scenarios for their routes, so freeware ones here and maybe elsewhere will be all that you find I should think,

Really? Seems a bit odd.

Indeed! As stated above TaD certainly do a pack for this route. Not bad either :D

Right then, I therefore stand corrected. I always that this was the case (not sure where I picked this up from), and put this down as the reason why such as AP had not released a scenario pack for the route.

Thanks for that :) ,

There was an exchange of views on FB between AP and Creative about this quite some time ago. I think nothing further needs to be said

Hi all,

I bought the scenario from Trains and drivers and it really is a great buy perhaps better than the original, thanks for the link to this site. Has anybody bought any other products they can recommend from this site.
Great stuff.

Regards,
Pete.

I had a look at T&D. I was amused to see they might be doing some scenarios for the West Coast Mainline Overshap

I purchased the pack above on the strength of the recommendation, however for some reason the HST's cabview out is all mashed up? Installed the valenta pack (re downloaded stock pack and sound file) fixed the cabview but no brakes? Had to swap out the power cars from one from the RSC folder!

Just to digress briefly from the thread topic, I had exactly the same a day or two ago on the Great Western Mainline. (I assume you're talking FGW.) I did a verify cache, which fixed the brakes problem, but it reoccurred very quickly again. I haven't bothered again this time, as I don't want to keep reinstalling Valenta and other AP sound packs. Is it a white FGW HST that is giving you an "all mashed up" view?

The brake issue is caused by having a pre-TS2012 version of the Valenta pack. Verify the game cache, re-download the pack and all should be fine. :)
