It has been done before very recently with the 92.
Surely it isn't too much of a job to implement it?

And if you did have dual voltage which commercial route would you run it on?
I know, but what I meant was if they've achieved it in the 92, then I can't see why the 319 shouldn't have that capability too, sans the VCB button, since the VCB works automatically every switchover.

You will need to edit it so that it reads as the bits that I have underlined and bolded say, save/recreate the .ap file, delete the blueprint and it should now work every time.
Don't forget to drag the proxybin file through serz to update the xml file.....
Can you please be a bit more specific for a looney like me
- Where can I find that .bin file? Is it this one: /RSC/Class319pack01/Railvehicles/Class319/Default/Cabview/Class319 cab camera.bin
- And what do you mean with serz?

Hi, as the game only tends to read the proxyxml files, you can just edit the proxyxml file with wordpad/notepad then save.
Don't forget to delete blueprints.pak from that product afterwards though! The file will be in the audio folder tree for that unit.

I'm a bit baffled to why it hasn't been implemented, the 395 shows it's been possible for some time and even the 375 from the L-B route would let you raise the pantograph (I think? it's been a while since I've used it...)

No, I recall very clearly saying to Jordi how it wouldn't take much to convery the WIP Class 319 into a Class 321.

Hi Richard, yes it's all coming back to me now, pity that, I may re-consider then, but only if AP do sounds for it.

I tried everything to fix the sound (including copy/paste from the explanation above), deleted the blueprint, cleared game cache... But none works for me.
Think I'll have to wait for the Powerhouse to get a replacement sound set.

And as I said "there is no route from RSC/DTG for them to use both DC & AC it's easier for them to model the unit in two versions - like the 325" and if they DID model it as DC/AC what route are you intending to run it on?

A bit poor of DTG to choose not to model the unit to be switchable en-route like the real think just because there is no route by them that would use this, so much for them listening to our comments was it too much hard work for a little extra scripting, not as though is not possible or something new as the class 92, 377 & 395 all work this way

So we all think DTG are poor because they did not provide a feature which won't be used on one of their routes

Glad to hear its not just my one having issues with sound and drivers windows not opening.
Yes its a good model, loads of features that we dont get normally, and the DSD sound is realistic.
The AWS fault and sounds let the train down, and the drivers view point is too far back, needs to be a little closer to the window, now I am not sure if this is possible, but I think the best combo for this for an AP soundpack would be quite easy, the 455 running sounds (so you get the 3rd rail making noise as the shoes come into and out of contact) and power controller, brake controller sounds, the 321 compressor & switch sounds, and the 325 traction motor sounds, and we would have a pretty off the shelf soundpack for it.
I am sure, Richard will be already developing something for the 319, knowing the speed he has done stuff before.
With a bit of luck DTG and RSC will be seeing the comments on here and social media, and fix the AWS issue through a download update and suddenly it might work.

Hi All,
Sorry - its the cab proxybin file in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\RSC\Class319Pack01\Audio\Electric\Class319\ directory. If you search for >AWS<, it should find it. Look for the main block as most of it will be the same, bar the two bits that I have highlighted. If you edit the bin file, you will need to drag the file through your serz.exe file to convert it to the xml version. It should then correct.

Not totally, but it does close doors on some future possibilities.

Am I mistaken but it didn't seem to be DOO... Was there 2 Bells...
If so its kinda let down, like RSCs 321... Both fully DOO trains.
AP's 321 however with Full DOO mode...
