When I faulted the AWS to DTG they said they were aware of the issue and it was being worked on and will be fixed via Steam
I am confident, that an AP soundpack might sort it for us anyway in the not too distant future..

Just wondering if anyone is planning on doing a re-skin into Thameslink livery?

would be great, as you have done so many great re-skins, you make it look so easy, I just would not know where to start, even if you don't make this thanks for all the other re-skins you have maderfletcher72 wrote:I have been considering one
Re: First Capital Connect Class319
not forgetting xguerra who has also done some great skins, where would be without all the talented people on here adding there hard work for the rest of the community to enjoy
Re: First Capital Connect Class319
Hopefully, if AP come good with the soundpack that may have some decent reskins includeddavid1 wrote:Just wondering if anyone is planning on doing a re-skin into Thameslink livery?

Sorry Richard, it seems AP are on the case.
At least there'll be a top-notch quality guarantee, unlike if you handed me the job.

Self-mockery aside, it looks fantastic!

That does look superbxguerra wrote:Sorry Richard, it seems AP are on the case.

But Xavier, it's existence is by no means a disincentive for me to maybe have a crack at one at some point

Will now have to buy the class 319, been holding out for a Thameslink livery. Got fed up of buying traction and then waiting for skins to come out in the liveries that I want and just having them sat on my Hard drive for ages not getting used. now I can get back to using London to Brighton route

I am personally not going to compete with AP on this one.

Looks like AP are doing more than just a sound mod. They've got onboard NS to add in much needed features to enhance the 319, and the preview they've put out on Facebook so far looks impressive!
All we need now is a complete Thameslink route to put it through its paces.

Wow! Like music to my ears!
New features I'm particularly excited about:
-Wheelsip Protection
- Working AC/DC changeover en route
- Player-changeable destination blind
I sincerely hope though that my reskins won't need too much tweaking to get them to work with the pack.

Re: First Capital Connect Class319
Same, I've been having quite a lot of fun with your reskins, xguerra, be a pity if they didn't work for this... creating scenarios on my excuse for a laptop has been very fun indeed.
AP's features look like something the 319 really ought to have had in the first place, especially the AC/DC changeover - not to rag on about DTG or make AP's scripter's contributions seem "lesser", of course. It's absolutely brilliant they're going the extra mile with the 319. I was on a 319 earlier today, listening to the video I could easily still be on it!
Plus the heater cutting out at low speed is a nice touch too.
