Maybe, but I worry about inhibiting my ability to upload it here if I have to alter the .Geo file.gptech wrote:You might be able to get round it by using 2 texture files, one just to suit that coach, and if you can identify which line in the .Geo is calling for it swap it over. No guarantees, but worth a shot?xguerra wrote:But due to mapping faults with the model this one will probably get binned. But hey, what can you do?

You certainly couldn't upload the .Geo, but depending on how much editing is involved a decent set of instructions would do the job--afterall, it's only editing text if you approach it without trepidation.xguerra wrote:Maybe, but I worry about inhibiting my ability to upload it here if I have to alter the .Geo file.
If push came to shove I'm sure supplying a few dozen lines of the pathing information as a text file to be copied and pasted is within the regulations.

I alter the .geo all the time and provide step by step instructions for the user to follow if they wish. I just make it clear that they do so at their own risk.gptech wrote:You certainly couldn't upload the .Geo, but depending on how much editing is involved a decent set of instructions would do the job--afterall, it's only editing text if you approach it without trepidation.xguerra wrote:Maybe, but I worry about inhibiting my ability to upload it here if I have to alter the .Geo file.

Unfortunately I've run into the same problem with my Southern reskin. Gotta love texture flipping... NOT.
I've also run into some issues attempting to change the font of the numbers from Arial to Helvetica. When I change the alpha layer of the texture files and put it back into RailWorks, it keeps coming out jagged and blocky. Never mind the out of line "1"s, that's just shoddy number placement on my part and easily fixed!

What a silly question on my partrfletcher72 wrote:What's the issue Xavier?
Still looks good though. Look at the mapping on the HST TGS and the effect it has on the InterCity liveries, we still get by with these.
And as James says, if you don't like it, then don't download it
Cheers,
Richard

The NSE version on the right looks much better.
I have resisted so far but I might end up buying the 319 just because of all the great reskins you chaps are doing.

I can now swap the 455's on my Connex Express and make an alternate version (with AP's GX 47 set)

Re: First Capital Connect Class319
One thing that puzzles me. How do you guys make videos like these? I know there is a screenshot button in TS but I've not seen a video button.
Asus Z97-K. Intel Core i7 4790K @ 4 GHz. 3GB NVidia EVGA GTX780Ti. 16GB DDR3 RAM. Sound Blaster Z. Windows 10 64 bit.
2x960GB SSDs, 3x2TB internal HDDs and 2x1TB & 1x2TB external HDDs.
Running TS @ 3840x2160 on a 4k TV.

Use an ingame video recording software like Fraps or Bandicam.
