Perhaps you could detail the issues - I've bought a lot of kit from Scan with absolutely no problems. They always give a short delivery slot, which you can change, and it is always on time. Good prices and good customer service too.

Ditto. Seldom bettered on price once you factor-in postage. Been buying pretty much exclusively from them for over 10 years because their service just keeps getting better.

My last delivery (they use DPD, btw) was timed to within a minute.

Got nothing against eBuyer -- I've had good service from them, too -- but not keen on generalisations such as "I heard"; pretty much everyone has "heard" something or other about something or other...

Every one of us has I suspect a horror story about 1 supplier or another but then other members will have had excellent service from the same supplier.
