CAreer or Standard Scenarios - Canadian MT. Railroad

Post by EngineerKenny123 »

Would anyone be kind enough to tell me if the new DLC, Canadian Mountain Pass" scenarios are Career or Standard? I've tried researching, but have come up blank. I appreciate any information, and thanks in advance.

All new DLC made in-house by RSC/DTG now have career-mode scenarios only (plus free-roams, quickdrives and possibly tutorials)

They are only Career, but Trains and Drivers released a scenario pack with standard scenarios.

I decided to cheat. I read the Manual.

It comes with 9 Career Scenarios & 4 Tutorial Scenarios.

I don't have the route - I just downloaded the Manual on the Store Page

Simples

Simples for you, maybe, but not for a man with a yellow bolt through his green head, and an (understandably) worried expression... :-)

Kind regards,

WOW! THANKS so much for the responses - and I do mean THANKS. I really buy for career scenarios - I can download from the workshop dozens of non-career scenarios. One more related question. I did go to the Steam Store, and I TRIED to open the manual - when I clicked on it literally nothing happened. This has happened previously, so I thought it wasn't a big deal - and sometimes, I do get the manual on that page. I wonder if something is wrong with my Steam application, or if it is just a fluke. Any ideas? Anyhow, thanks again for answering my original post. It is much appreciated, and now, for sure, I will buy the Canadian package next (like anyone cares - lol !)

The steam manual for this route worked fine for me. But you should also find it in your Railworks Manuals folder.

Have you got a suitable reader for the pdf file - like Adobe Acrobat, which is Free.
Normally you just click on the link and it asks if you want to Save or Open the file.

And it might be worth reading up on the RWA Forum about the route as people are reporting some problems.

Thanks again for the replies. I WAS able to open this manual (today) at the Steam site, and I do see the 9 career scenarios. I very much appreciate the info you passed on (Peter) about the potential problems. I was UNaware of any such problems - and still don't know what they might be, but I will do some searching before (thanks to you) before I buy. I appreciate your time in answering me.
