Oh my lord, an enhanced version of GEML!? I was thinking about doing this, but I knew it could only be a small side project for an amateur like me. Amazing work so far David, and can't wait to see GEML-E!

- Matt

Still only a side project for me really

. What did you have in mind when you considered enhancing?
To honest overall it doesn't feel much different to normal, there are just little touches and fixes which do make a lot of difference without you really noticing if that makes sense

. Sometimes all it takes is a few more weeds!

156 seems to be missing in action. Maybe failed approval although not sure why yet.

I have a whole set of Class 156 reskins which cover all of the promotional liveried units through their One, NXEA and GA service. Perhaps people would find them useful for this and the freeware GEML. I was holding back release until Oovee updated the model but that seems a long time coming now.
This is 156407.

I remember seeing shots of them in your route thread

. I'm assuming you've covered most of them except the red doors liveries that i've done?

Yes they cover the One, NXEA and GA white stripe. I think there are 18 variants altogether.

Brilliant!

Look forward to them. How's the Wherry lines anyway? Or is it on ice?

Awesome stuff. That web site will be mega handy, I have posted quite a few GEML scenarios on UKTS to (Although the pack I did could be better) Good luck with the site and carry on with the great work for the GEML.
Regards
Jason.

What do you mean? A problem with the site?

Hi gypbrc, Can I echo Dave's interest in the Wherry Lines as I used to live in Yarmouth. How about a joint project with Dave's GEML enhanced - I'd certainly pay for it.

Don't forget Crouch Valley! We have a lot of GEML these days! I think I associate CV and The Wherry lines with each other a lot more, both are genius uses of assets to create something new and what I focused on with the thought of slices of GEML being available for TS quite before RSC's GEML. My route is really RSC/DTG's route with improvements, enhancements and fixes (Still need DTG to fix how crash prone it is though).

I still have the Wherry Lines route. To be honest it wouldn't take much to finish it either (just a short section of the Bittern Line to go). What I tried to do early on was update it with each iteration of the game although I learned rather quickly this was quite a bit of work.
I certainly couldn't change for it. There are way too many additional products required for that to be feasible, not to mention that I don't feel the infrastructure side is up to the required standard. However if enough people seem interested then I'm quite happy to work towards making it available with the proviso that it takes some work to get it up and running.

I would be thrilled to bits to own the Wherry lines and would "donate" if necessary (similiar to Dave's new website donation idea). I think this would also challenge RSC or A.N.OTHER to extend their routes from Ipswich to Norwich. I'm sure many on here would love the Anglia lines if only to run your 150, 153 and 156 reskins (please please please etc)

Rich,
I've been bitterly disappointed that you haven't been reporting progress on your Wherry route, and I'm sorry to hear that you had problems with the update. I also didn't feel it was right to press the point, but if you need any more encouragement to finish it off, then I hope this will be forthcoming from other users here as well.
I wonder though if I could ask you to clarify the above comment, since it's not clear to me whether you're refering to work you need to do to complete it or work that users would need to do to install and run it after release; perhaps something of both.
Thanks again for all the work you put into this terrific route, and I do hope that you will consider bringing it to fruition,
regards,
moi
