Possible cause for glitch issues

I've been spending many hours editing the GEML route, i have removed all of RSC's tree's and replaced them with a much better looking set of tree's from 3DTrains, so far i have got from Ipswich to Colchester, upon leaving Colchester and i get into the section with RSC's trees i get a lot of stuttering down the route, not all the time i might add, but driving the edited section i get no glitches or stuttering occur, just a thought.
