Getting the following error as from today:
Error: #339 Component 'superpicture2.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid.

Module: frmShowRoutes
Procedure: Command10_Click
Happening in any scenario I attempt to load

No idea what this is, any help would be appreciated :-?

Hi Mark,

I had the same problem - there's a batch file in the RWT download, run that and it should sort the problem. You might need to run under Administrator.

If that doesn't cure it I have an email here from Mike Simpson describing how to do it manually. Which in my case, I needed :D

'Hi Antony,

The superpicture2.ocx module is only used to display either the thumbnails of stock or the .tgpcdx files in the viewer. I had to use this module because it is the only one I know which will display the new large size .tgpcdx files.

Others have seen the error message but in their case running the batch file has always fixed the problem.

The only thing I can suggest is that you open a CLI window as administrator (go to the Start menu and in the bottom box enter cmd then press ctrl+shift+enter

A CLI window will open with Administrator in the top border.

At the prompt type
regsvr32.exe "c:\Rail Utilities\RW_Tools\superpicture2.ocx"
and press enter

You must of course alter the path if your RW_Tools path is different.

That should fix it.

Mike'

Hope this helps,

Ant

Thanks for the reply Anthony. Neither the batch nor the manual way work for me though :(.

Anyone know how I may contact Mike? Can't find any contact details on his website

I posted the same problem in the RW Tools Forum of UKTS
http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 4&t=136035
You will notice mike replied to the thread.

Try right clicking on the RW Tools icon and "Run as Administrator" - solved the problem for me.
