It sounds like a step in the right direction.

Those of us who have been on the forums a while will know Adam Lucas and his contributions to UKTS, before he joined DTG, and know he will understand what we want. As long as DTG give him the resources I am confident Adam will address many of the outstanding issues.

There is at least one bug re-introduced: the dynamic brakes only work on driven locomotive, and not on the helpers. As i remember it was fixed in TS2012 first, now it's bugged again since the 2014 update.

Phil, that is good to here, thanks.

I thought the passengers on station was a 2014 thing, that is putting me off almost more than anything else.
Cheers

Already sorted in a patch on UKTS for the neutral sections. Hmm, seems it has been taken down?

Sure, but would be nice to see it fixed in the retail product too :)

It's back! Dave had a couple of errors to fix.

Even then though, it shouldn't be the sort of thing that we have to fix ourselves. There's a difference between enhancing something (such as the NS physics tweaks for the 455 and 66, or indeed adding neutral sections), and having to fix a glitch that shouldn't even be there.

If I would buy TS2014 today as a new customer, based on the information that there is no rain in tunnels but on my windscreen, and I then buy a few add-ons for the same product, I would simply expect to find these products true to the product description.

Providing free upgrades for existing users is a good idea in the long but strictly optional.
Matching the products you sell today to your yesterday announcements is a must.

It is every company's right to put out a press release about anything and everything, like paying taxes and/or wages -- not every company does that nowadays.
Every piece of plastic you buy has a golden Q.C. sticker somewhere. So DTG now have a QA department. Great idea.
