Hi,

Has this route a free roam, i know most routes have but i can't find an answer, looking at the route on Steam i see it comes with 5 scenario's and you can buy more as well,

Thanks,

Roger.

London to Faversham does not have any Free Roam scenarios but as it's very easy to create your own it's not a problem.
And it gives you the chance to place the locos/units where you want and also your choice of trains.

It does come with Quick Drive which in some respects it's as good as Free Roam.

Hello Peter,

Thanks for the help,

So i can use the World Editor in this route the same as any other route in 2014, i have not tried the Quick Drive as yet but will have to look more into the sim.

EDIT:
i just thought i would say that i have found a PDF for the route with all the details for it ,

Cheers,

Roger.

It's also quite quick with the World Editor to create some Free Roam Scenarios starting where you want with any stock.
But try a free roam first with a loco you like and explore the route.

You can run any train on the route but you won't have any signals between St Pancras and Ebbsfleet except in the 395.
It does not stop a Free Roam run over that section though :)

Hi Peter,

Thanks again much appreciated,

I live near Strood and often see the 395 but like a lot of things you take it for granted as it trundles past either to Rochester or back to Stood,

I also see it now and again going Flat out over the Medway Bridge on the Channel line when i am driving on the M2,

It has rekindled my interest in the Rail sim as i have gone though what i think we all do at times , lack of enthusiasm!

Cheers,

Roger.
