Changing Track Speeds ?

Is it possible to change track speeds?
I have a couple of routes where the Track Speed is wrong and I wondered if it was possible to edit the track speed?
A section on Koln -Dusseldorf drops from 160 to 120 for a coach length and back to 160 with nothing in the HUD or trackside speed boards.
If you forget it you get a speeding report at the end of the scenario.
Thanks
Peter

Yes, this should be possible, but I recommend not to do this in the original route, as Steam will revert your changes at some point
So first make a clone of the route.
Then in the Route Editor take the Select Tool, available when Track Laying menu option is selected.
Select the piece of track for which you encountered this issue. On the right fly-out you should see the track properties now. Change 120 to 160 and save the changes

Plus you can also do this in the scenario editor, using the same method outlined above. Of course, any changes made in this way are only scenario specific.

Although the OP's issue is With career mode scenarios - and AFAIK editing the speed limits will cause those to become unplayable? So a bit of a Catch-22... Guess the only real hope would be for RSC to fix it... (pigs flying and all that...)

I must be doing something wrong but I'm not sure what.
I clicked in the world editor and selected the Track Icon then pressed the spacebar to cycle thru the different track views.
Each time I right clicked on a section of track and the same Flyout appeared which told me what the X, Y & Z co-ordinates were and a box with track info but nothing indicating Track Speed.
Anyone know where I'm going wrong?
Thanks
Peter

Thank you Juanillo99.
