Dynamic brake on helper locomotives not working again?

I've just testing a locomotive, one leading loco, and one helper at the other end of the train, about 4-5 avmz wagons between them. And what i see is when i use the dynamic brake on leading locomotive, the helper locomotive bunched forward, and pushed the slowing train like if nothing brakes it. So i've made the test with the simplest locomotive, the kuju Br101s, and the same happened... moreover it seems the airbrake isn't works either on the helper loco.
Before TS2012( since RS) the dynamic brake worked only on the player driven locomotive, then after long time it was fixed in TS2012, and i remember it worked in 2013 too. Now it's broken again in TS2014?

How do you know the air brake is not working on the rear loco?
It does not allways show on the second locos gauges - even when coupled together.

I see from the movement of the helper locomotive. If it pushes forward, then probably nothing brakes it.
