I feel I should mention that by class 70. I mean the freightliner class 70 and not the old southern region onefaedundee2 wrote:

That DVT looks wowzers... And in the livery I was hoping for most...
Any news yet as to whether we will be able to run a 91 blunt end first on a rake of Mark 2 FKs? I think I would let DTG off if they just had the blunt end cab view exactly the same as the sharp end just so we could do that... even if that were a scripting issue as I seem to recall somebody say it might...

Possible idea regarding the two cabs - have one big cab, divided up with walls, press the right arrow, and it "moves" you to the other cab instead of just the right of the cab
Still only one cab, two views, bit like the 20, just... stretched

Re: Class 91 and Class 92 Progress
Glad I'm not the only one who noticed it was a DVT cab and not a 91. Hopefully means both will have their own cabs, as despite the basic controls being in the same place they are actually quite different. The most striking difference is the totally different power controller.
As others have said, hope the blunt end is drivable, even if it's the same cab view as the A end. Having the B cab on the right hand position would seem the logical solution though. That said, might confuse and annoy people, especially as moving from the cab view would plant you back in the A cab regardless of it being at the rear. No different to the 20, but RSC like to idiot proof stuff whereas the third party developers don't really care as long as it's well documented (RTFM time). Also imagine it would hurt frame rates unless the back walls of the cabs were not modelled, but I'm fairly sure RSC have made trains without 360 deg cab views.

Interesting to see a TPWS panel there. I didn't think they were introduced until later. No doubt to facilitate a GNER version at a later date.
I too wonder if the 91 will have the correct grey/black and orange cab.
Time will tell!

I'm hoping for the more modernised cab view rather than the old style red and black one. I'm also hoping they do a mallard style revamp passenger view even though it's in Intercity. I'm sure someone will do an East Coast Livery to fit with ECMLSouth's era.
Re: Class 91 and Class 92 Progress
The TPWS will be there to help cover a broad range of liveries in one go, like WCMLOS or WCMLN.

Re: Class 91 and Class 92 Progress
Engine Driver have put up some info on how the '91' was developed for TS2014......And the 'blunt' end cab is both modelled correctly, and the loco is drivable from it! Happy days!!

Please keep to the known facts - preferably being able to back them up with links to the information.
Speculating on what might or might not be released on any given Thursday is not helpful and whips some members up into an expectant state. Then when what they think is being released fails to materialise on the expected day lots of discontent rumbles around the forums.

Re: Class 91 and Class 92 Progress
Glad to see they have the blunt cab too, and that the 91 does have it's own cab. Really looking forward to this now. Interesting to see that they are using 4 seating positions to model the blunt end cab (something brought in with 2014). The 395 AFAIK is the only other train to have more than 2 in cab positions, with a third one added subtly when updated for 2014. Quite a bit of effort will have gone into producing 3 quite different cabs, which makes it feel very worth the money. Glad to say at this point RCS are exceeding expectations.

Great news on the blunt end cabs for the 91... Bravo I say.
