I presume it will be the Single Pantograph version of the 91 as they are more prolific
Could it be a license issue with the East a coast branding? If this was the case could they not just realise it in east coast colours or something similar for someone to update it with east coast branding?mckenziejames04 wrote:...and the question of the week is: Why did they make the Intercity livery when the route it'll be most used on (ECML south) takes place in the modern day?
Will go great on Darren Porters York to Newcastle revampmckenziejames04 wrote:...and the question of the week is: Why did they make the Intercity livery when the route it'll be most used on (ECML south) takes place in the modern day?
I don't think it really matters either way from my point of view anyway. There are enough pro reskinners on UKTS alone to produce the full spectrum of liveries.Mr395008 wrote:Could it be a license issue with the East a coast branding? Well they managed to bundle the HST with an anonymous livery...Mr395008 wrote:Could it be a license issue with the East a coast branding? Exactly. I mean, why would they be a massive issue with the East Coast livery for the 91 but not for the HST included with ECMLS? It doesn't make any logical sense.Dave4468 wrote:Well they managed to bundle the HST with an anonymous livery...Mr395008 wrote:Could it be a license issue with the East a coast branding? I think it looks great, and personally speaking, it is in the livery that I had most hoped for
Really? Interesting. I thought BRB only existed to protect "Pullman" - we had to get permission from BRB to use Pullman on our coaches "Bodysgallen" and "Glaslyn" on the Welsh Highland Railway.deltic009 wrote:If I remember correctly InterCity livery is still owned by the residual BRB and as such you need permission to use it - it is why we don't see many preserved items being painted in either official livery.
It's the livery I want the most too but it should be supplied in all the liveries. Third-party providers do I fail to see why RSC can't.rfletcher72 wrote:I think it looks great, and personally speaking, it is in the livery that I had most hoped for.
Any in any case like Xavier says, there are plenty of people who will have a go at reskinning it in all manner of liveries, subject to mapping.
Regards,
Change should to could, unless you don't purchase it for this reason. Developers on here will fill in the gaps, and RSC know that. I don't see a problem with that, why should they take the man hours doing something they know will be done elsewhere (after all, enough people post screenshots of their work direct to DG/RSC Facebook page) and they can use the time on the next DLC. It's why we get such a high turnover of stuff to lust over.37114 wrote:It's the livery I want the most too but it should be supplied in all the liveries.
