Post by JLD95 »

Hi,
why some Quick Drive files do not work when they are moved of Kuju directory to anaother directory ? : Railworks hangs without messages or dum file.

For example, this QD works after move:

File ID: 31125 Date: 01 Jun 2013 - 626 Downloads

This final directory works --> Assets\kngtrains\Addon\PreLoad

but this one don't work:

File ID: 31272 Date: 15 Jun 2013 - 461 Downloads

This final directory don't works --> Assets\RSC\Class423Pack01\PreLoad

Thanks for your help

I am not sure whether it is strictly a rule, but I stick to putting the PreLoad folder in the first folder down after the "Author" folder - exactly as you have done here. So I see no reason why that shouldn't work . . . but perhaps you have a tiny error in the code?

I have found that if there is an error (e.g. a slightly incorrect path, perhaps a space or an underscore missing), it generally won't show up at all, rather than giving an error message.
