Steam downloads

I appear to have some files missing from the Kent High Speed Line and would like to download the route again. I have disengaged several other routes which I have purchased from Steam outside of the Steam folder- so my question is, is there any way I can just download the KHSP line from the Steam Store without having to re-ingage all the other routes?

I believe a simple verify on steam should do it? right click on the game title then properties>local files>verify

I do not know how to re down one item only!
I am pretty sure that if you do a Verify on Steam, it will down load all your missing (Steam DLC) files including the ones you have moved out of the Steam folder.

Long winded way of doing it, but would save bother if you ever need to verify again----
Let Steam create a new, default install and just copy the missing files from that. Keep this copy (assuming you're not short of disc space) as a sort of 'back up'
