Just tried it AGAIN and got "Sorry, your details could not be saved at this moment. Please try again later."
When is Later?

So if you are not going to let people sign up to your newsletter and you don't put any offers on the website we will have to rely on people spotting the special offers :(

It's almost undoubtedly whatever browser you are using, that is the problem... I've just tried, using Google Chrome browser and it worked fine...

If you don't want to switch browsers, then inbox me (on here) your name, email, and newsletter preference - and i'll enter them in the form for you 8)
Why couldn't the steam loco sit down? - Because he had a tender behind.

Chrome user here too and newsletter form works fine, so almost definitely a browser / browser security setting issue. :)

Probably a system wide 'error' then, try it with any software or even hardware firewalls turned off. If that doesn't work move on to any anti-virus/malware programs.

I wonder if you connect through some sort of proxy to access the internet, or some security software that scans all content in and out of your machine or the local network?

What does http://whatismyipaddress.com/proxy-check say?

If you were blocking cookies ther'd be none from JTs site to clear out, so you haven't really checked whether they're being blocked or not. If you have UKTS in your 'Trusted Sites' list then cookies are accepted by default, depending on what level you have the privacy set at and whether a sites cookies have a compact privacy policy then some cookies will be blocked. Check the saettings for your privacy level.
