can eny people help on the forum i got this computer i don,t wont i am going to give it to some one so what i wont to do a low level format on it so takes it
back to its raw state as if it came new its WDC do you eny soft were that can do this if you do can you put link to it please.

A Windows installation disc will allow you to do that, if you haven't got one of those you'll need to create your own bootable disc. Do a Google search for "Ultimate Boot CD" to get a list of tools/disc images you can use.
