I placed a request recently, for assistance with a freeware extracter called "Jzip" but the only reply seemed at though the person was simply hhumouring me, and the reply itself didn't offer any suggestions that helped at all, sorry to say. So I'll repeat the request once more.
The "Jzip" file was installed apparently, but it only appears to say it wants to ADD files instead of EXTRACT them, in my opinion. It's not like I had it before, and I need to get my zipfiles open, as with the Shethorpe Station names zipped file, although there is an .rpw file inside the archive, and it crashes everytime I try to unzip it, and I need it. It worked for me previously, until I re-installed my TS2013 files, but now it's only offering to add files instead of the way I want it, so does anyone understand this particular file, and tell me how I get it to extract the zipped files I need ? I had a stroke a few years back, and it's affected my memory, and my concentration, somewhat, and I'd appreciate some pointers when things do go wrong, thanks !

The easiest way is to rename the xyz.rwp file to xyz.zip file and then use any of the unzippers including the extract function Windows.

I find WinZip the best as it is the only zip program I use. Oh sorry I will rephrase that. I don't know what other zip programs are like as WinZip is the only one I have used and find it very good. Does all I want from it.
