I'd rather they put their time and energy into replacing the woefully outdated and inadequate game engine.
Well, if RSC run their company anyway like a games company is ought to be run, that will be on another team to fix then the team responsible for external hardware support.
But, from what I've seen RSC is run with one goal, to amuse those not aware of how a railroad works to earn as much money as possible, sure, it gives us free upgrades every year..
Not that it helps us that wants a simulator and not a childs game.
It seems like you all want a childs forum too, once again detailing threads with moaning and whining off the posted topic.
Staying on topic doesn't necessarily mean that you can't vent opinions about other things related to the discussion at hand.
even though I really love Oculus rift, I am struggling to see that it would be that impressive in TS, most computers are struggling with the broken engine and the poor performance, I for one have better FPS in BF4 at ultra settings compared to TS13 at medium-high settings, and even at the highest settings it struggles to reach mediocre graphics compared to todays market, and that will not be optimal for OR to make its best impression.

The best move RSC could make would be to create a new simulator in a new engine that would offer better graphics with better performance, there is a ton of fantastic engines on the market with way better performance and graphics then TS has to offer, and that is what Oculus rift needs to really thrive.

Isn't it possible that the first step to improving any games 'engine' would be to acquire the hardware that the improved engine may be asked to work with?
