Brake app/rel speed

I'm just having a tinker with some 33s, planning to do a couple of variants after D9009, but what's troubiling me the most is the speed the brakes apply and release, you just touch the brake handle and your at about 60%, when I only wanted say the most minimal application possible (not running, actual braking). Can anybody remember what file(s) I need to edit, and preferably what values to make them apply and release at a more realistic rate? I thought it would be the simulation file but don't especially want to go gandering in there unless I know it's there. Hopefully somebody will udnerstand what I mean.
