The 2MT is in the sale, but for some reason it isn't showing in the DLC list, if you search for it though, it's at 40% off £7.19rkk01 wrote: 2MT has disappeared - can only assume that DT didn't want it to be in the sale (?), which is fair enough

The 2MT is still there at 40% off. Type 2MT in the search panel and it shows up.

Still would like to pick up the 31, 33, A4s and WLOS, but will wait to see if the discounts increase![]()

ETA - [Stupid Boy Mode]Presumably these are the same track gauge, although obviously "out of gauge" for UK route clearances - but in a stupid / fun kind of way, would they run on UK sim routesBig Boy, ... Union Pacific Challenger![]()

Re: Steam Sale - speculation and conjecture
I've been stung by something similar. I purchased 3 items last night and the process was a little slow but it eventually went through and downloaded everything. When I went to run the various new DLC every scenario failed to load with missing item messages etc. I verified cache several times but to no avail. Eventually, to force the issue, this morning I deleted my RSC folder and verified again. It re-downloaded everything but the new items I'd purchased last night!!!holzroller wrote:Steam also told me there was a problem with my card, but still it downloaded my purchase. Will have to check my bank account later.
When I go into Steam store it does not show that I 'own' these items and invites me to buy them again!
I've raised an incident with Steam and will see what happens. Not happy, this is poor preparation by Steam who are seemingly overwhelmed with orders and everything is going horribly wrong.
Re: Steam Sale - speculation and conjecture
Steam also gave me same kind of error message when I brought 4BIG. However it downloaded normally and funds were transfered from Paypal, so I guess it is some kind of time out error due heavy load.holzroller wrote:Steam also told me there was a problem with my card, but still it downloaded my purchase. Well I picked up the 232 and the 423 and because I got some Deutsch goodies I just had to get a wife upsetting Berlin Wittenberge to play on!

The only change you would get will be a flash sale - a sale within a sale - as all sale items are listed as on sale until 22nd July.dean1986 wrote:Anyone noticed any changes today with offers?

Re: Steam Sale - speculation and conjecture
Only change I can see is that London to Faversham has been removed from the DLC list. Only the standalone version is available at £12.49 (50%).dean1986 wrote:Anyone noticed any changes today with offers?

Yes the London to Faversham is still in the sale, now at 50% off instead of 80% off like yesterday. Glad I bought it yesterday.

Regretfully there's nothing here I need as I have all except for the two Trains vs Zombies DLC's which I don't want anyway.

Re: Steam Sale - speculation and conjecture
Class 50 discount now included in the Sale listing
After I contacted them, RSC picked up on the mistake (ie no discount) with the Class 50 and the Class 31 Add-on prices. They were in touch with Steam about the necessary adjustments.
This morning I see the Class 50 is now on offer at 30% discount - so that's £8.39.
Unfortunately there seems to have been a misunderstanding with comms re the Class 31 Add-on - it's not been altered. I suspect because instructions referred to simply "Class 31" ie the 2013 type and not "Class 31 Add-on"
Can't help thinking this catalogue/indexing issue is going to grow with time
Anyway, I hope after the weekend, RSC may respond to my follow-up email and put matters right - I suggested that the 60% off price for the 2013 version could be the yardstick.
So, don't miss the Class 50 at this price - so you can take advantage of Nobkins reskins - and hang on a while longer if you're after the "old" Class 31 - Add-on that is!!
Confusing isn't it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
