Also note that these are NOT updates to the previous releases - And that any new updates are not from G-Trax:

"After three years, the rate of new orders for the three heritage steam locomotives has dwindled to negligible levels and they will no longer be available from G-TraX. However, sales of those products are scheduled to resume on Steam at some point, and the locomotive packages have been adapted to take advantage of the new Quick Drive feature.

Future updates to and maintenance of the heritage steam locomotive products will be the responsibility of the entity from which you purchased them, that is, G-Trax for items purchased from G-TraX and Steam for items purchased through Steam. G-TraX will endeavor to update locomotive products you purchased from G-TraX in concert with future updates to Train Simulator; however, G-TraX will not necessarily have access to future Train Simulator technologies so no guarantees can be made in this regard."

When I tried selecting either of these for purchase through Steam I was prompted that I already own these, which indeed I do as I previously obtained the in July 2012 via steam but I cant tell if they have been updated or not. I'm hoping they will be,if not now, at some stage later on.

Perhaps I'm mistaken.

It appears I don't own these (probably one of the few previous iterations of DLC I DON'T own!) so apologies if I've thought these were released as new products rather than updates... having RSC release "updates" as new products kinda does this to people.

EDIT: Maybe they're not the same: Steam DB lists two items for the Berkshire. And two for the Northern.

Now I'm really confused.Never look at the SteamDB, I initially got both of these when they released direct from G-Trax. I then purchased them both once again (I must have a bottomless money pit) when released on Steam the first time so that it would save me having to check all the time for updates with them. The install from Steam,unless I'm mistaken overwrote the files in the original Assets/G-Trax folder.

I have the Gtrax one's and when I download a scenario from the Steam Workshop it says I haven't got them. Just to test that out I went through the process of buying them and no message came up saying I had them. Didn't purchase them though. Just found some patches for these on G-trax site to bring them up too TS 2012/2013 standards. The patches also include quick drive and the smoke going darker when you put coal in. The patches are version 7 and 8, read the instructions before you download them.

Have been searching to find scenarios to use these,but I can't find any.

Some here http://www.gtraxsims.com/ click on the news and view link upper left corner then scroll down until you see the Berkshires and you will see a link to download some scenarios, also there are a couple on Steam Workshop.

The download links for the G-trax SP & S Northerns scenarios don't work.

I found quite a few over here http://www.trainsim.com/vbts/tslib.php?do=displaysearch Just select Railworks RW Scenarios in the dropdown menu and Type in G-Trax in the Search text area . That will keep you going for a wee while
