Bristol-exeter, Isle white & Newcastle york modern do not have quick drive yet, try looking in the single player menu and turning the filters off

Step outside of the game for a moment, use Windows Explorer to navigate to ..\Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Assets\JustTrains and see if you have folders for those routes in there.
Check that you have the route folders in your Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Content\Routes folder:
Bristol Exeter is: 888f94a0-027c-4991-ab4f-08ad1dd5072f but I don't know what the other 2 are.
RW Tools would help you out here to check the routes files are in the right place---it's very easy to accidentally move them (been there, done that.....)

Re: add on problems started today. why?
Aren't there 2 Bristol to Exeter's one from RSC as DLC via Steam and the other by Just Trains.
If you have the latter then no community workshop scenario file will work as you don't have the RSC version.
I thought that JT were going to "register" their routes on Steam but this does not appear to have happened.

Re: add on problems started today. why?
If this is the JT version then the community workshop scenarios from the workshop won't work.
The "shader" error:
Have you tried go to the folder Steam\steamapps\common\railworks\Install you'll see there are some "exe" files ie executables there (dxsetup.exe dotNetFx40.... PhysX_9.10....., etc). Run the dotnetFX40 . . exe
Clear the in-game cache via the "tools" menu.
If you get this error with all routes and/or scenarios then you may have verify the itegrity of the game cache.
It might be worth contacting JT support? Although the shader error is usually related to hardware/drivers and/or the base simulation.
This was recommended in a previous post: Go to Main Menu, Game Settings, Graphics, then choose Advanced and set Water Quality to Lowest Detail. http://forums.uktrainsim.com/viewtopic. ... 1&t=128018
I'd be talking to Just Trains if the above don't "fix" it.
