Re: new route ideas
Part of the Argyle line is already available. Central Low Level to Larkhall, Motherwell & Lanark are all included in the WCML North route. Shame that only a 318 is currently available as protoypical stock, as the introduction of the 380 has led to the 320's & 334 turning up on the services more often.
Parts of the section west of Central/Queen St could be an interesting challenge, as you have clear views from the line for some distance, so a fair bit of modelling would be required.

Class 318 is available here on UKTS. It's also included in the UKTS Freeware Packs.
You certainly can drive the section to Central Low Level, though you may have to make your own scenario.

Re: new route ideas
It's a full model (and very nice it is too), no purchases necessary
Scenario creation is fairly straightforward, give it enough tries and you'll get the hang of it!

Re: new route ideas
This scenario use the Glasgow central low level section on the WCMLN, there may also be others in the UKTS File library too
