I know these postings appear from time to time, but I don't think it does any harm to give credit where/when it's due.
Indeed perhaps It helps point new members of the Forum to locations of good practice - suppliers worthy of our support.
The details of my case don't matter, but for what it's worth I sought JT's help over some DLC and they responded very quickly and very positively - going out of their way to resolve a problem that wasn't actually of their doing.
Brilliant service - my thanks to all!

I would also like to second the above post regarding the customer support received from Just Trains as I have had numerous successful outcomes, with the most recent being to remedy the problem I was having with a certain download product, I was sent a new boxed edition in the mail and then while waiting for it to arrive out of the blue I was sent a .rwp file by email which they had gone out of their way to make for me which fixed the problem I was having with the initial download purchase. Top marks from me.

I've had times over Christmas Holidays when I've had a problem with a JT product, I got a reply and a solution the very next day, even though they'd stated their office would be closed till the new year. Top marks all round.

I thought I was having a problem with JT customer care - and in the end posted about it here because I just couldn't get it resolved in the JT forums and hadn't heard back about my support request. It transpired that my request had been handled and the developer had already updated the scenario pack in question for JustTrains - but I wasn't alerted (just an oversight - a system muddle somewhere).
Martyn at JustTrains saw my request for help here, and he took the trouble to look up my support ticket and emailed me personally with an immediate apology, details about where to obtain the fixed pack and a generous stack of points to use. Needless to say I've already cashed in my points and am now about to spend some extra dosh on another add-on.
I wish others (in EVERY industry) would follow JustTrains' example.
