Re: Great Eastern
Hi gypbyc, I feel your pain re folders etc. it ha been a nightmare and still ongoing.
Did you ever complete Liverpool st? I wondered if you might of had a idea of how to model it.
I'm using padding ton but am being hampered by the curved platform bits at the end.

Re: Great Eastern
Excellent video but the sound of the AWS alarm (strangled duck?) needs sorting-nothing like the real sound on TS2013.

Re: Great Eastern
I would concentrate on modelling LST from the POV of the train only. Reskin a platform loft and lay the platforms. I'd have a go at modelling the roof and pillars. I wouldn't bother trying to do the concourse unless you want to build a custom model.

You are absolutely my hero for modelling this route! Looks stunning and can't wait to drive it. This is payware quality from first impressions.
Good luck with Liverpool St.
Best wishes

Re: Great Eastern
Just have been to Liverpool Street Station a few days ago and have seen two Class 90s standing there. I immediately felt the wish to drive them in Train Simulator out of Liverpool Street. Please keep up the good work, your route looks great so far!
Re: Great Eastern
Hello, hopefully this year you will be able to drive a class 90 from London to Ipswich.
Work is progressing on Stratford but its a big job.
I have emailed network rail for permission to use Greater Anglia station annoucements but no reply as yet.
Leyton emu depot is looking very nice and I've tidied up some areas on the original crouch valley section.
I did post in another topic that I was having trouble getting trains to pass each other on the loop at Fambridge.
I resolved this by making the AI train a higher priority then the player train. Now works as it should. Took ages to suss out but worth it

Great to hear you sorted it out!
Good luck on Stratford and Liverpool Street, I'm sure you'll manage the task!

Re: Great Eastern
Any Chance of a Screenshot or two, please
Re: Great Eastern
It will be brilliant when we can run an Anglia Class 86 with a mixture of Anglia and Intercity Mk2/3's behind it
Re: Great Eastern
On a side note, just over two years ago, I uploaded Crouch Valley 2.
It is just 6 downloads short, at time of writing, of reaching 5000.
I just wanted to thank everyone that has downloaded the route and all those that have been kind enough to provide feedback.
I hope Crouch Valley 3 will be as well received.
Thanks again
Jim
