Hi guys, just an update and sadly bad news on this one.
The route was all finished and I was about a third of the way through testing when disaster has struck. Whilst I believe editing the track layout at Shenfield, the up electric line appears to have had all its gradient markers reset so that now the track sits about 100metres up in the air! I could cry.
To make it worse, I had no idea this error had occurred, as I was working on the other side of Shenfield hence the route was saved, and then saved again and again until I picked the fault up. This means that I could not simply restore the file.
Worst case I have lost Shenfield to London, best case and most likely is that a back up will take the route back to what it was on the 1st Dec meaning I have only lost of the track for London Liverpool Street and approaches.
This means the route will not be out by Christmas and I apologise for this.
does anyone know how you could check the track files to locate the original error as I guess it will be one bin file at fault? I am not sure if its the main track.bin file that is broken or the smaller track files per individual tile. Any help greatly appreciated as I can't face doing Liverpool Street again at the moment!!
Thank you
