Hi,
I've recently built my own PC and today installed the OS and drivers on it.
I'm trying to reinstall my downloads from Just Trains website but when I log in I get greeted by a blank white screen.
Does anyone know how to resolve this? I've attatched an image of the screen I get.
Many Thanks,
Mr395008

Re: Downloading from JustTrains
Sorry, I should of explained more.
I've already visited the Just Trains website, I click on my downloads and then select the one I want. I'm then greeted with a page to log in (similar to the one of the picture I've posted), I log in and then the screen (the one in the picture) goes blank.

A shot in the dark
but does that missing login screen which you should be seeing use java or flash?
You say its a brand new install of Windows, have you installed Java & flash?

I don't think we use Java or Flash anywhere on the account pages (or on the sites in general, apart from the YouTube player for non-HTML5 Video compatible browsers), but glad to hear that you have now been able to login correctly.
Thanks,
