Still nothing happened here. No Update and I still can't clear the Cache. Removing the whole sorry mess from my computer.
Have contacted Support but have just got the standard reply of the instructions on the Website.
Fine help they are.
Update I have now got a reply but there is also somebody else's problem listed in the text from November last year

I now have that persons email address. I have advised RSC to look at the Data Protection Act.
Can it become any more ridiculous
