For those wondering, the route will arrive with a number of scenarios using formally default stock, these are very authentic and as the route and scenarios have been created by volunteers of the MHR they use true to life operations.

From what I recall overall playing time for the scenarios is at least 10 hours and are nice and challenging with some lasting over 100 minutes.

From what I have done in scenario creation in this route it will be great to see some proper galas finally taking place in Railworks, for instance in a scenario I have created a loco rolls down into Alresford with a demonstration freight, whilst another departs on a passenger service, the loco from the freight then runs round and follows the passenger train to Alton where it stables in the down loop,of course passing another passenger train at Ropley along the way....

Regards,
Mark

My thoughts exactly.

Could the signals have just been put in place as a temporary measure?

Like the idea of the gala scenarios.

John
I think what is meant by autentic signalling is that all the signals on the route are in the same positions as they are in real life...

This is nice news! Saves me having to finish mine! Some of the screenshots are very promising. Although the picture of a Black 5 in green and numbered 73096 just makes me cringe!! We need a Standard 5!!!!!!

Very interesting - Live not too far away from the Alton End - be interested to see any screenshots of Alton station, quite unique layout in real life..

I'm hoping that they may include a Thumper unit, either a 205 or 207, but I wont hold my breath... :(

Shame. Though I realise we already have the likes of 34007, 34016, 60019, 41312, 31806, 45379 and probably a good few others. So it's just a case of using all those in your own scenarios.

Another one for me methinks, since the preserved scene is familiar to me and easy enough to research by shots and videos, for scenario creation.

I presume you're joking there?
Not really, no. Lovely looking but not for me I'm afraid - Although the quality will be undoubtedly high!

OK, never let it be said that I won't admit when I've been wrong. The latest screenshots look absolutely superb and I am sure I'll end up buying this route too.

Is it going to be a demanding...no, hang on...

Will it be released before Dell delivers the 3.3GHz, Quad-Core, 1GB-Graphics and 8GB-Memory PC that I'm ordering tomorrow?
