Freight Equipment

Guy for the left coast of the U.S. needs to know if any of the freight equipment that comes with Rhur-Seig, Munich-Augsburg or the Cologne-Dussledorf would ever be found on the rails in the United Kingdom? I'm thinking specifically of the tankers for use around the new refinery on the Edinburgh-Glasgow route.

Not sure about the first part of your post, but... you can get some fine Tea tanks from Oovee and Fastline Simulation which would do nicely.

Most european stock is too big for the UK; the smaller ( quite old now ) German bogie tanks appear to be in gauge though.
