Hi there. I wanted to play on PP but found that it did something strange. This has also happened on the Dark Railway V2

It might be that you haven't installed the PP rolling stock patch. The patch came through steam a little while ago.

Isn't that RSC's version of DRM kicking in?

Might be a problem with a reskin?

I get this error when I place an item of rolling stock (reskin) which has been updated by RSC or another vendor. The original skin's textures may not work correctly, thus, this error.

This may apply to DRV2, as it does use a few scenarios with reskins and stock. On DRV2, what scenario were you trying to play?

If it is a reskin causing this it probably means there is a new updated GeoPcDx file for the default loco, you would need to copy the new one over, I think it would only involve RSC produced assets.

On the DR it was a free roam. I had been planning to put an engine in but this disuaded me. As for the PP, I'd never had this problem before and I would've received the patch if there was one.
