If I do have a question regarding the Train simulator that I have, on which forum do I post them? .

I have Railworks 3: Trainsim 2012 which has been automatically been updated to Trainsim 2013 but not with all the features as the one that you can buy as Trainsim 2013. Some people also speak about Railworks 4.

This is why I am asking : Whick one do I have?

You have Train simulator 2013 also known as RW4. You will not have the extra routes with an updated TS 2012 but do get them if you bought the new RW 2013 package. These routes are still avaliable as DLC to buy if you want them.

People calling it Railworks 4 are just being facile. It confuses the issue as this name is not used officially.

In practice, the program is named Train Simulator 2013 or TS2013 - there is no RW4.

TS2013 actually has no default routes at all. If you had TS2012 and upgraded it to TS2013, then you still have all the original 'default' routes plus any you have bought or downloaded.

If you started with TS2013, then the package you have bought comes with a few routes, but these are not part of TS2013, they are 'extras'.

Actually, it is used officially.
