Check you are 'coupled' to the wagon(s)?

And that youve put the new versions down, they are classed as engines as opposed to wagons.

Thanks Dave, thats was the problem I was using the wagons one being unaware of the newer ones in the engines menu. (doh)

If anyone from JT is reading this thread just for your info I again followed your instructions and went to "My Accounts" clicked on the older version of both the JJA and YGB wagons. When I clicked on the download button I was put onto a blue page of the old type downloads (ie with a "proof of purchase" and a "response code") and again this downloaded the files. At no point does it show or download the new files that includes the rideable versions. So it appears this is not working for me although it seems from other entries that others have not had this problem. AS before not a problem for me as the low cost in upgrading was woth it but I'm mentioning this in case others are also not getting the new files when trying to download.

Yes I am coupled but I've been using them from the wagons menu so appears that could be the reason. I'll go to the engines menu and try again. Thanks

same here, i always routed to this old blue page were the outdated files are.

Just read the previous - do they appear as both then - or are the 'old' ones still there somewhere?

I took the old ones out altogether before installing the updated files. After the installation theres the normal wagon menu entries which appear to be the same as the old files but under the engines menus there is a further set for each JJA or YGB and its these that have the wheels or switches to open the doors etc. Each of these have an engineer on the platform and with the JJA's also is the generator version only.

I bought the autoballaster in November 2011 as a pluspak and when I go to my support on the Just Trains website I get a 51MB download. When installed it gives me the wagons in the engines list as noted above.

When I first installed the new download a couple of weeks ago the engine list did not contain the new entries so I downloaded it again tonight and now it does so something was changed / corrected in the meantime.

OK got it set up properly, but only one of the wagons actually lights up (the "Cabbed" one) not sure if thats normal or if its because i have put a couple of cabbed ones in?
