My vote would be no, as I explained here:

I have been thinking of getting the NEC since I bought the 'Trains v Zombies', is there anyone out there who could tell me if this is worth getting or not. I remember it being reported that it was a bit buggy and then got sorted with the new TS2013 upgrade, and was running better?
I would have said no before the upgrade to TS2013 as it was like a sideshow, much worse than WCML North.

It runs much much better now on my ancient machine. It is not the most exciting route but some of the main stations are interesting and for me it is just a different experience which is what Train Simulation is about for me, I like to have a variety of routes. I don't think I would have wanted to pay full price for it as I don't drive it that often but I think it is good value if purchased in a sale! A few more scenarios would have been nice but I also purchased the Acela and that adds a couple more.

Hope this helps.

I'm finally a PDL owner, got the combo deal with 4CIG, 4VEP, 33, 444 and 455.

It worked out at over 75% discount, I paid just $33.99 (or just over £21 at todays exchange rate ).

Look for Portsmouth Direct Line Collection if you're interested (less than 6 hours left at this price though)

Anyone know if this definitely includes Sherman Hill and Munich routes?

Me too, it had always been on the wish list but now I have it. After watching (or rather hearing) the Armstrong Powerhouse Class 33 Pro Sound pack video it seems that I 'need' that too now.
