No because that's the sensible thing to do, when surely it's much better to come on here and moan about it, as most people normally do, after all said and done we wouldn't want to give them chance to fix it, would we now!ihavenonamenoreallyidont wrote:Surprised none of the fanboys have suggested we email RSC's support yet

And go through the process of getting a canned response with blood pressure increasing after each step while, in my case, trying to help them out? Nah, you're okay, thanks. Danced that dance too many times now

But on a serious note I did contact them and after I got the standard automated response, I got a second one saying they would take a look and fix it, which to me seems reasonable, maybe a case of not what you ask them, but more the way you ask it!

Same - I thought it was me who clicked on something I shouldn't have. I tried the back button to check, and was greeted by "you already completed this survey" message.ttjph wrote:I got as far as submitting the page about how many DLC you've downloaded, then it dropped me into http://www.railsimulator.com/.
Stuff 'em, then.

Re: .... And our Survey Said....
Perhaps its got a naughty boy filter on it?
Or perhaps a negative filter, because this is RSC's way of recruiting "suitable" testers, not like the disaster of asking via faceache!

Re: .... And our Survey Said....
Tried it again after crashing half way through last time. Told me I had already completed it but tried again and it let me complete it all the way through this time, although no acknowledgement at the end, just sent me through to the RSC website, as it's done to others. So have they got it, who knows?

Re: .... And our Survey Said....
Went without any hickup from A to Z for me (IE8). Most comprehensive survey i have ever took part in and i thought it was very well presented. Some interesting questions too, like " what do you think your friends and family think of you ?...."
Now waiting for the day that my votes for two new trains/locs and routes will materialize.
cheers,
jan
