Lack of new stock

Is it just me, or has there been a slow down of new traction & routes since the realese of TS2013? I can remember when RSC produced around 3 new items a month and we have only had 2 steam engines and a rework of the class 57 the Munich - Augsburg being part of the RS2013 deluxe version so that does not really count.
Up to now i have no items in my wish list for January

You forget the F40. Also there's been three steam releases - B1, O4 and J94 - last one including a route as well...

That is the thing, they are busy with making all the old DLC compatible with TS2013, but having said that, there have not been any clue to any future DLC as they usually do, there must somethings in the works they are keeping quiet about

Various other people are producing new stuff - on the Digital Traction Facebook page are some shots of the Class 87 which looks quite good

Well we at JT should have a couple of new things in the not too distant future. We are currently making some new Mk1's and that is the main reason for the Manor not having been released yet.

Worth keeping in mind that RSC have stopped announcing new content for the game in advance of release. They only publicise new developments until the content is in the very final stages of development.

... a change I think is pretty sensible, really. No point in advertising something until you know it's ready, or you end up with the delays that people so hate!

And Waggonz are making the Class 90 and Railright are making another Class 40 and it sounds like it will be Advanced.

Must say I agree with the opening poster. Not since the early days of Railsimulator have I gone so long without buying anything. We've not had a UK blockbuster route or loco, a real must have, for many months now. Also some of the in development items referred to on this thread have been in development for a very very long time and release seems light years away. I remember Digital Traction posting grey renders of a class 87 4 or 5 years ago when the game was in its infancy. Not holding my breath, just hoping that RSC have a few surprises up their sleeves, Port Road would go down a treat!

A lot of content is being upgraded to make sure they don't reference the old Kuju assets and so is taking a while. There is still plenty of content and for me it is giving me a chance to play those older routes that I purchased and just stopped playing them. I've spent ages on London to Brighton and I ain't showing any signs yet of giving up which I'm surprised at.
We will no doubt see a new route after Christmas once the (confirmed) Steam sale is over.
They also have the Donner Pass update to get out, which is aimed for next month.
People were complaining about the amount of DLC being too much earlier this year and now there complaining there isn't enough. RSC can't win.

RSC's engine-driver 'blog' mentions that there are US SD45 under construction as well as 2-8-0 Consolidation locomotive.

We need some more uk diesel and electric. A 319 or 442 would be nice for L2B.
