Hello,
With TS2012 you could still install the .rpk files, is this possible with TS2013? Because the menu before entering the game is gone. An it is not under "tools". Can anyone help me please?

With RS2013, there's a separate file named "Utilities.exe" in the main folder. Click on this and you'll find the package manager amongst the available menu items. You may find it useful to set up a shortcut to this file on your desktop.
