Yes, it's been going on and on for too long. I will be giving it a miss and wait for the Jinty to arrive.

I fully agree Matt. I am becoming highly disgruntled with RSC quality in both products and service. I think this is the only commercial firm where 3rd party developers are innovating new features and breakthroughs, and they seem to just adapt these for their "own" new products. Surely it should be the other way around, and work closely with other developers. This is my sole opinion and I guess it's not hugely valid when I don't know the behind the scenes, but hey!

DT produce some 1st class stock, it's a shame we have to wait for someone else to decide when to release, or in this case hold it back.....

Just clutching at straws but maybe there has been a valid reason for its release or maybe they have delayed it to annoy everyone as that obviously makes good business sense!!

Anyway, I looks great and I will definately be purchasing at the earliest opportunity as I agree that they deserve our support!

Very much doubt it would be RSC's doing to completely delay the stock on purpose imagine it's having some fixes done post testing.

Which were done back in early Feb, the 2MT couldn't be released to WLOS was released since its got scenarios included which are made by Keith Ross. The actual final 2MT build has been with RSC for 3-4weeks at this point and the database on both testing and package side is 28days old, same with the Jinty which is around 20days which is supposedly ready for release shortly to.

Youtube video is out, but can't seem to find it on the DLC list yet, probably trickling through the Steam pipework.

It was uploaded on the steam content database as the purchase copy 38-40mins ago, its not been toggled to purchase mode yet still displays Available(0) at the moment, needs to go Available (1) for it to appear on the shop.

It's main running speed audio sounds completely meh and synthetic. Needs another channel of audio to distract you from the same loop just running over and over and over again. (at 55 seconds)

Why couldn't the steam loco sit down? - Because he had a tender behind.

Ah yes my good friend the 'machine gun'!! Believe me, it's not like that because we think it just sounds so good! It's a BIG problem we have to deal with in this sim. But, also be assured, we'll be doing our best, over at SteamSoundsSupreme to overcome this issue by learning new techniques.
