chrisreb wrote:Clemmo - as mentioned in my reply on the Steam folder your symptoms a experienced by mean always point to an asset overload. Inability to save and random SBHH are always a sign to me to switch asset sets or create a new one. SWW I found to be especially sensisitve and I have to run it with its own Kuju folder and content folder
I still can't run the route for some reason.
It loads to an empty Freeroam scenario based at the routes origin but as soon as I go to the world editor I get an SBHH? I am using a dedicated Assets set btw.
Ideas on a twenty pond note please??!!
(btw, I get the 'missing' track rule with LogMate - but I know it isn't!

Yes Chris ,I know the Asets folder is getting large again and perhaps this route is more sensitive than others. I usually have 3 Assets folders but I had problems with that since TS2013. The endless updates cause problems not solved by verifying game cache at the moment. Ok I'll add another folder just for this route but I have no problem running larger routes so I wonder if it is a factor.

Don't know if this is related to the SBHH problem but worth a mention anyway?
I was trying (and failing!) to get the route past the editor this morning using LogMate in the process. Somehow I manged to have three occurances of that running at the same time but only found out when I tried another route which failed to even get past the opening screens going round and round. Only when I looked in the Windows 'Task Master' did I find the three occurances - after I stopped them running the route loaded without a hitch?
You never know do you

Glad you are working again !
Just did the first listed scenario - the Night Train from Fishguard. Draove it to Camarthen with multiple saves in the Camarthen area all without a SBHH.

Ever since I updated to TS2013 I have had very little SBHH problems with my Kuju Folder, however, I have extracted all of my German locomotive content from my RailVehicles folder into another area of my PC away from my Railworks installation, exactly the same for my Steam locomotives and Electric loco BR101 folder and my German coaches, and then do a swap when I want to play on a German route and take all of my English locos, coaches and wagons out, I now only have a few Gigs in the Kuju RailVehicles folder at anyone time, if those of you who ONLY play on British routes did some asset clearouts it might help with lightening the load a little.
Cheerz. Transport Steve.

I made new Assets and Content folders. Only reinstalled the JT items needed on SWW and the assets for the 1st scenario on my RW-Tools list.(No route assets missing, added all missing tracks and the semi houses, deleted Sad's river) I have JT 153 Adv btw and I assume the former normal 153 was used on this route. Not sure if that makes a difference. Only testing in simple mode atm.
The scenario I tried is 1B39 Fishguard Har-Swansea v3.
The 150 gets to the red light outside Carmarthen no problem. Not allowed to pass so I wait 10 minutes and nothing happens

So finally I pass the light and am allowed tp pass the next ground light. The task is to drop passengers plat 1 ,then attach to the 153 in front for a return trip I assume.
So I drop off passengers then get instruction to couple to the 153 in front. Very slowly attempt that ,then SBHH.

I'm not sure which night scenario you mean Chris. I think the next one on my list is probably ok but I'll test again.
I have coupling override checked so some problem here with couplings perhaps.

Thats odd - I am running the same one but have no coupling job to do and scenario is only asking for one further stop at Llanelli. The scenario seems to work fine.
Looking at the dates on the files it is possible I amended it at sometime for the same reason. At least you did not get a SBHH.

You sure you mean the same scenario ? This is from 1B39 Fishguard Harbour-Swansea.
The one where you stop in Llanelli is the 3rd on my RW-Tools list
2E10 05.50 SWansea-Pembroke Dock
Not tested that one on my new install yet.
Anyway I'll try the daytime HST one to Carmarthen where you swap cabs in Carmarthen to return. That crashed when I tried to save at Carmarthen station before.

Somehow my order is different in RW Tools - perhaps it orders different than in game. At least we progress slowly

Yes I'm just checking them in the order I have on RW-Tools.
I just nearly completed the 2nd one,the day time HST trip to Carmarthen, swap cabs, back through Llanelli to Swansea.
Briliant along the sea side with gulls squawking.Long scenario but needs more AI traffic.
Just as well I saved because there's a red after Llanelli before a single track. The red allows you to pass but then I had derailment on the single track.
Might need to look in the 2Dmap there to check the points.
Anyway back to my main folders for the moment as there was another of these damn updates.Try some more SWW tomorrow.

Great news - is this in a separate asset folder or have you got it working with the original one? Big steps forward from where you were a few days agao. Agree those seagulls are awfully loud!

No I made a sparate assets and content folder. That scenario may have worked the other day. It just crashed in Carmarthen that time when I tried to save. Saved somewhere else this time.
Can you try 1B39 Fishguard Harbour-Swansea v3. See what result you get.

Hi Clemmo
That's odd as that is the scenario I tried. Anyway went back to my download and reinstalled the scenario again - On loading it it looks the same with no stops after LLanelli and no mention of any coupling. Went to the SWW web site and no link for a scenario pack so went back to my download of v3.1 and re installed this scenario and started to run it.
Must have amended it in the past owing to issues as using the new extract when I get to Camarthen there is a consist in the station made up of 153, 150 and 158. This causes the red blocking signal. Anyway went through that ignoring the message, tabbed ok past next signal. To be allowed to pick up passengers you have to couple up to the 153 unit first otherwise you cannot get near enough to the zero countdown marker.
Did that ok and have now pulled out taking along said accumulation of rolling stock. As no mention of uncoupling everything I assume this si ok. No crashes or issues with programme however scenario does not work quite as intended. Will carry on and see what happens with my nice long train.

Only the 153 should go with you, the stock already stood at the platform should be 3 separate consists.
